 Anusha was amazing during the entire selling process. Her marketing and expert industry knowledge allowed us to sell our home in less than two weeks. Anusha was quick to respond to all our questions and fought on our behalf when we had an appraisal issue - making for a fast resolve of the matter. We really can't say enough good things about her... We highly recommend Anusha.

 When we first met Anusha, she took the time to walk our home and property, and then talked with us at length about her plan for our home sale. We didn't just discuss price, she also gave us tips on getting our home ready to sell and what would need repair or cleanup in order to show the home well. She had great recommendations for landscapers, house cleaners and pool service if we wanted to take advantage of them. She has a wonderful team of people working for her that were always available to answer questions if she was with other clients, Once our home went up for sale, Anusha was in constant contact with us. She allowed us to determine if/when potential buyers could view the property - so we could have as much or as little traffic in the home as we were comfortable with. When we went into escrow, Anusha would call to let us know the status of the escrow at least weekly if not more often, and was able to get documents turned in quickly if there was something else that we needed to sign. This was by far, the smoothest home sale we have completed. We would highly recommend Anusha to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home - she was fantastic!

 I attempted to contact a few agents over Labor Day and was surprised when Anusha called me during the holiday since none of the others realtors did. When I first met Anusha, I was a little overwhelmed by all of the information I had read online about buying a new home. When Anusha told me about herself she answered all of my questions without me having to ask...she even answered the rest of my relevant/non-relevant questions. Anusha was friendly, open, easy-going, personable and very knowledgeable in her field and other fields that are associated in the home buying process. Anusha showed me houses in different neighborhoods and proceeded to tell me about the areas while driving around showing me the perks of my surroundings. She would also point out the highlights/eyesores of the house (if there were any) and tell me some of the things that could be done to change the look of the house. Anusha has an eye for space and the vision for potential. 

I have an odd work schedule, which deterred me from buying a house a year ago. Anusha was accommodating to this fact; whether morning, night, weekday or weekend she was available to meet. Like most of us, we all work so we can’t be solely focus on what needs to be done when purchasing a home. Anusha was there to help guide our closing when I didn’t have time to think about the house. She arranged times and meetings for inspections and kept me informed on what was happening with the house. Anything that I wanted she sent me confirmation emails or called me to let me know that she got it done. With Anusha my mind was at ease when I had other things to worry about.

After I closed on my house Anusha's service didn’t stop there. She had called me to congratulate me on my closing, when she found out I was going to buy some boxes at the u-haul she made some calls and found me some free boxes. She went out of her way to help me when she didn’t have to. I feel Anusha wasn’t just selling me a home, but selling me her services. For this I will always use her service for any real estate transaction and I highly recommend her to anyone.

 Anusha is one of the best real estate agents I've seen. 24 hours a day she is on it, and knows the complexities of a transaction very well, knowing how to take the emotion out of it. I have purchased over a 100 homes with Anusha, I would recommend her to anyone.

 Anusha is attentive to the buyers needs both before and after the purchase. She goes beyond the expected professionalism in the client/agent arena. After the purchase, she periodically checked in with me letting me know when a favorite restaurant was reopening. More importantly, she informed me/checked on my status during an important event which could have seriously affected my home. (During the event, Anusha's candor and immediate action, i.e. checking on my home while I was out of town, made believe she would have stepped in and assisted further in any way she could, if it were necessary.)
